I'm not sure which team managed the end of the game worse. ISU kept calling timeouts even though the game was decided, then the Griz decided to kneel the ball even though there was too much time on the clock.

Just before Moore's PR touchdown, the Bengals called a timeout to stop the clock. If Hauck was still the coach, I'm pretty sure he would've called a fake there just to send a message to Zamberlin for calling a meaningless TO (he did that once in a past game).


Roper had a good stat line despite a bazillion route miscommunications.

Read-option only applies when you have the 1st teamers in there, otherwise it is run for your life and pray you get rid of the ball-option, with which Johnson was faced with.

Yes he did. For what it is worth, I assume Pflu asked Johnson to go sideline to sideline to keep from running up the score, but when he and Nguyen were getting creamed because they had run the same style of play over and over, I had hoped Pflu would have asked Johnson to burn ISU a little to get them to stop keying on such plays.

Hell, I don't know, maybe Pflu told him he was going to give him the shittiest plays known to man to help him learn about pressure and it was all up to Jordan to make the best.

Just thought Johnson got a lot of shit plays, much like Roper did when Selle was the starter.
