Bryant 13
4 left in the 3rd
idk whats going on with Bryant, they have no offense, no defense, and Wagner is dominating them.

Nice win for the Danes.
Yale had 3 kicks blocked, one XP, one FG, and one punt which was returned for a TD.

As I expected, UA had more size and speed than Yale.
But it sounds like it was close and interesting game to watch.

Trick play scores for CCU, and it's 27-19 as CCU misses their second XP of the game.
Richmond was up big early, but just didn't put CCU away.

They hardly dominated ACE, check the stats. Albany deserved to win, but Yale had their chances.aceinthehole wrote:As I expected, UA had more size and speed than Yale.

Since I wasn't there, I listened online, I can't comment on the speed, but Albany certainly had more size.
The difference was special teams.

Re: 10/2 Score Thread
I never said they dominated, in fact I knew this would be a close game. Top NEC teams like UA and CCSU are actually recruiting more speed and size than Ivy/PL counterparts. That's all.bulldog10jw wrote:They hardly dominated ACE. Albany deserved to win, but Yale had their chances.aceinthehole wrote:As I expected, UA had more size and speed than Yale.

No argument. Ivy recruiting leaves a lot to be desired.aceinthehole wrote:I never said they dominated, in fact I knew this would be a close game. Top NEC teams like UA and CCSU are actually recruiting more speed and size than Ivy/PL counterparts. That's all.bulldog10jw wrote:

Re: 10/2 Score Thread
How can they expect good recruiting when they're sales pitch is basically "Come work your asses off all summer and fall and have NO chance to play for a championship... BUT you can party with the best of them while working your ass off even more for an IVY degree"bulldog10jw wrote:No argument. Ivy recruiting leaves a lot to be desired.aceinthehole wrote:

I don't think they quite express it that way, Travis.UNHWildCats wrote:How can they expect good recruiting when they're sales pitch is basically "Come work your asses off all summer and fall and have NO chance to play for a championship... Re: 10/2 Score Thread
Coming out of HS I was very lightly "recruited" academically by Yale (A couple of letters), and that was almost enough to get me to go there. If I was a football player and they said "Come play football for us, we'll work to get you the most aid you can get, and you get a Yale degree out of it." I'd have jumped at the opportunity.
