That was cool to watch, and very non-biased. Thanks. :thumb:

I especially like the Eastern fan that shoved Jon Opperud at the end.

That was SE174 on his way to thank the clock operator.

OH...and then to suck off TJ for the 8th time that day. I am sure he is filling his belly again today while TJ plays him some Madden and watches Seattle get blown out.

What's the issue with the clock? The clock on the TV ain't the actual clock my man and I didn't know we had some issue there?

I have read nothing on the game so I really don't know that there was an issue and hope we ain't just whining here like some bitches. Everything looked legit to me but I could have missed something.

Apparently I am not alone about the clock operator not starting the clock several times in the 4th quarter..especially on the last drive. But I am a bad fan according to SE. So fuck him.

Someone would actually have to go back and watch it, but I remember the announcers even commenting on EWU basically getting a free play where the clock didn't even run. Clock opperator didn't seem to want to start the clock when it was spotted after first downs, either. They still probably had enough time, anyway, so it really is just pissing into the wind.

Willie has some numbers. OH and that supposed penalty at the end to give them a first down nice and close was about as shitty a call as I have ever seen.....but then again... getting a penalty for being blocked into the return man is pretty shitty as well.

Yeah, I agree but sitting here and bitching about calls when I've argued that sometimes they go for ya and sometimes they go against ya is just not something I can do I guess. I would hate to sound like the EWU fans did last year.

There were some shitty calls, there always are. It's not an excuse however.

I listened to Mick & Guerns while watching it last night so I didn't hear the broadcasters but I do have it and will watch it again to see but it would seem like extremely poor judgment on the crew to have anything like that going on ESPECIALLY after the BSC conference called out the refs last year for the EWU/MT game. I'll watch it again tonight and see if I can anything fishy. Nobody I was with noticed it I guess.

Yes, I've been told over and over again that you have to be good enough to overcome injuries and poor officiating. And for the record, the penalty on the fair catch interference was a good call. :coffee:

He was blocked into him Kalm. But what you say prior to that I fully agree with. Acting like the refs are trying to screw one team or another is a bit on the excuse making side.

I'm not blaming the refs for our loss, since I think we had way too many other things that kept us from victory besides the refs.

But there is no way that was a good call. The EWU blocker pushed the Griz defender into the guy who signaled fair catch. How exactly was he supposed to not run into him? Honestly.... :ohno:

What I saw was a high punt and a pile-up underneath the ball where the return man had no chance of coming up to make the catch.

Gosh darn it, I guess I'll have to watch the replay to be sure. :thumb:

Face it, when you come into the "Roos" you're already down 14 points because of the intimidation factor and then you better prepare for some good ol' fashioned home cooking by the refs too.

You've got to be good enough to overcome both and you simply were not. :coffee:

Seriously Grizza, what's your fucking deal? All I said was "would you like some cheese with that whine?" If you can't take a little ribbing, then don't dish it. You're acting like fucking child, get over yourself.
