5 REASONS WHY THE NCAA SHOULD DROP THE FCS DIVISION

While all this conference realignment non-sense is only because of football, the rest of the DI sports that aren't football don't need to drop down to DII because a football program isn't "good enough".

Should Villanova and Georgetown bball go DII cuz their fball isn't good enough for FBS?



How about you try and get EWU to cancel its football if it can't move up instead of telling us all the FCS sucks and it should go away. Until your top 20% of FCS is averaging 15,000 attendance can we end this thread?

Is it winning %, because the top 20% there are as follows (In order starting with #1 - NOTE I left CCU off due to very few games played in history)

Yale, Grambling St, Princeton, Harvard, Florida AM, Tennessee St, Dayton, App State, Georgia Souther, Southern LA, Penn, NDSU, McNeese St, South Carolina St, UNI, Eastern Kentucky, Jackson St, UD, YSU, Hofstra, Dartmouth, Bethune Cookman

Eastern Washington doesn't come close to this list as they are 48th in winning % at 54%. That leaves them about five points behind BC.


Is it all time wins? That gives this as the top 20%

Yale, Harvard, Penn, Princeton, Lafayette, Dartmouth, D, Lehigh, Cornell, Dayton, NDSU, UNI, Colgate, Holy Cross, Brown, Drake, Villanova, Furman, Bucknell, FAMU, Eastern Kentucky, UMASS, Butler, William and Mary

Notice EWU didn't make this list either, as they are 45th all time in wins, 77 behind William and Mary
