We (the BSC) have had a lot of candidates in the last 5 years for both awards. And a few winners.

Well now you know!

Last 5 years: 2 Buchanan winners from the Sky, 1 Walter Payton, one each of those from EWU, with many other finalists for both awards coming from the Sky/EWU.

I just listed those I know, hoping others post the one's I don't know.

My bad, I forgot about that thread. Was there a Best Payton candidates thread as well? I just remember a thread about who you thought your school's best candidates for each award was, not necessarily just the leading candidates for the award period.
