I think that's a great idea but I don't think we should expect Willie to be constantly making banners. Maybe Willie would be willing to tell members how to do it as a tutorial and members could make their own with differing themes.

I don't know if that will work or not because I think that it is "layered" and the mascot pics are on one layer and that may not work. It's a good idea if it would work though.

It's not a bad idea, but the only bad part is that they have to be cut out exact, otherwise quality will go down. Chris and I are all about cleanliness and quality. I'll see what we can do.

But if you're seeing it for the first time maybe, the reason I chose the ones I did were because I had a photo submission thread and a lot of the photos simply weren't manageable. Another reason is because 4 of those mascots were in Capital One's Mascot Challenge, so naturally they fit as faces of the FCS.

I don't think anyone that is asking has seen the original thread Willie and thus the questions. Why don't you see if anyone wants to try it themselves and then you and Chris can tell them what they need to fix and so forth to make it acceptable for publication and so forth?

For instance as part of the tutorial let them know what size and quality the pics should be. Hell it would be cool to see the members making some stuff for the site if they feel like it and it would be pretty cool to recognize their effort and why they chose the teams they did.

What you could do, is pick the mascot, cut it out and send it to me. I have the original background grass and logo and everything so I'm not gonna just hand those out. I'm sure people can understand that part since I made it all from scratch.

But if you wanna try, go for it and I'll see what we can do.

Hell, I don't want to do it but anyone that wants to come up with a suitable picture can do so. It would be cool because then you could have all the mascot pics as well in case you wanted to use them somewhere else.

So what are the parameters for the pics? Maybe you've already covered that on your original post and I just didn't look at it because I had nothing to submit. Do you have the original thread link if you did cover all that?

Oh and as a side note why don't you answer your fucking phone?

I'm very flexible on the mascots, but if you take Yosef down I'll kill you where you stand.

Um...? The University of Montana mascot, Monte, won the Capital One Mascot Challenge in 2002, and 2004. Since 2002, when the challenge officially started under the Capital One name, no other FCS team mascot has won. So what are these awards you speak of?

I've seen clenz post that before and have never understood what the hell he meant either since we won it twice. Dude may not know his mascot history as well as he thinks.

Yes, the floppy earred #57 is indeed Jack Rabbit, the most recent Capital One Mascot Bowl representative for FCS. We'll see if James Madison made the write in winner for this upcoming year.

Willie, do you have any requirements or preferences regarding size, resolution, etc.?
Being wrong about a topic is called post partisanism - kalm

MAQA - putting the Q into qrazy qanon qult qonspiracy theories since 2015.

It will probably be difficult for MAQA yahoos to overcome the Qult programming but they should give being rational & reasonable a try.

Thank you for your attention to this matter - UNI88
