I just don't see them being ready for 5-10 years. Texas St is barely on the radar and they are way ahead SHSU when it comes to donations, facilities (football), and attendance. I've lived in Houston for 2 1/2 years now and met 3 SHSU fans.

Could be an interesting rivalry if it happened though.
