NDSU athletic director Gene Taylor believes a contract for a home game with Morgan State University (Md.) on Sept. 18 is a done deal. The one-game deal is worth $150,000 to Morgan that includes a charter flight and around a $50,000 guarantee.
“We’ve agreed to everything,” Taylor said.
Morgan State officials sent one contract back to NDSU for some minor revisions, Taylor said. He signed off on those and sent it back to Morgan.
The financial package is similar to what NDSU paid Wagner College (N.Y.) last year. Morgan, which plays in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference, went 6-5 last season.

Damn I've always wanted to see a Morgan State game for some reason, and now that I move away from Fargo, they play each other. Oh well. At least I'll finally get to see UND this year.
