Are so hopeless to actually believe that your health won't take a back seat to a government mandated cost/benefit analysis?
You see, it doesn't make a whole lot of difference, it (my health) already sits squarely behind the quarterly P&L statement of my insurance company. By changing to single-payer I might be better off and I surely won't be worse off. Why should I care if insurance execs won't get eight-figure bonuses any more for denying service after accepting premiums?
