ASU's Elliot named South Carolina O-Line Coach
Sad day for App as Assistant Coach/O-Line Coach Shawn Elliot has been named the new offensive line coach for South Carolina. Hate to see Elliot leave the mountain, he's helped build great lines at ASU over the years and always brought intensity, passion, and a love for Appalachian to the field everytime. Good luck in Columbia Coach!

Congrats, but I hate to see this....the downside of success...Galloway leaves for WVU, Satterfield leaves for Toledo, Elliot leaves for SC, Wiley possibly leaving for TT.....is a retirement by Jerry Moore far behind?

Nothing really, but I don't believe the NC was ever a primary motivator for him anymore than moving up to FBS...think he really does just enjoy coaching young men in a game he loves....Fact wrote:At this point, what else does Jerry Moore really have to accomplish?

Agreed. JM has nothing to prove but he loves his job and every day he is coaching on the mountain is a good day.
