What about Denham from UC Davis for QB? Kid has a killer year this year.

Good player but I don't think he would get on over any of the QBs list and I don't think he is better than any of those listed. He is also losing two WRs to the NFL so his numbers might drop next year, unless they have capable replacements and we won't know that until they hit the field.

DEs seem to be very thin. There has to be someone worthy that I am missing.

Yea he lost a couple games due to the flu & mono, but he's no doubt one of the top D players in the FCS.

Matt Johnson, Junior Safety, EWU.

He had 4 picks in one game this year, was second on the team in tackles, and started as a redshirt freshman so he'll already have 2 years experience under his belt.

DNR reporting that Arthur Moats is flying to Chattanooga today to get the Buchanan award, and also said that only the winners get flown in, unlike the Payton. Congrats, Arthur!

As a friend of Mr. C. I did not want to be the one to tell that as he had not told me but someone else did on Moats. Moats winning the award is the right thing. He certainly deserves it. I think the Payton is interesting as any 1 of the 3 has a legit case for it.
