I'm surprised that Mariani didn't make this list, but am happy to see Horn and Nichols on the offense.

Congrats to James Mallory! I think that's the 3rd different RB from the NEC in 3 years to be an AFCA all-american!

Having watched W&M play both CCSU and SIU, I would vote for James Mallory over Deji Karim. Mallory was the best back the Tribe faced this year.
Go Tribe!!!

CCSU always has a nice feature RB. :thumb:

The NEC has been spoiled the last three years with 3 great RBs.

Sinisi, Mallory and McCarty were all Payton candidates and All-Americans.

Next year should be interesting to see who steps up. We have a kid that is going to be a ridiculous offensive threat, but its just a matter of deciding where he'll play.

Coach Ford was quoted as saying that he was the best RB, WR and QB we had on the roster this year. He mostly played RB. Started off his career well at GSU with a 100 yard game. He's got NFL size (6'2", 220lb) and I think they are trying like hell to make him the feature back instead of QB.

Punter - Pedro Ventura?????? Por qué?????? He had the lowest number of punts of the top 19 punters and finished 4th in punting average. WTF????? How does anyone worth their weight in tacos vote for a guy who finished 4th???????????

At least the AP got the 1st Team Punter right. Jonathon Plisco - Old Dominion.
