Should be one sweet stadium when finished.

I think its going to look something like Washington Grizzly Stadium. I wonder if anyone has any pics of that for comparison purposes?bandl wrote:JMU is building a new stadium?!?!
I don't think so. There can't be more than a handful of people in Montana who can afford cameras.danefan wrote:I think its going to look something like Washington Grizzle Stadium. I wonder if anyone has any pics of that for comparison purposes?bandl wrote:JMU is building a new stadium?!?!
I don't think Tech will ever agree to come to JMU. So we got that going for us.CAA Flagship wrote:It will all seem like a waste of money the first time the "glorified club team" comes in and beats you like a drum.

Tech is the "prison" team. Old Dominion is the "glorified club team" according to your radio announcer.bandl wrote:I don't think Tech will ever agree to come to JMU. We lost at Fordham. Fordham lost to Rhode Island, and Rhode Island lost its next 10 games and was winless in the CAA.
"I told them we wouldn't have won a game in the CAA this season. We would have been rolled by everybody. I think they got the message."
Well hey, they think we've surpassed UVA and that they should replace the bottom half of the ACC with some CAA teams... so we may be able to get that home and homebandl wrote:I don't think Tech will ever agree to come to JMU. Honestly though, how exciting is it really to watch a building being built in real time? Someone down there needs to do something to add a little excitement...a water-balloon slingshot from the top of Eagle, random grenade tosses, ravenous wolves released onto the field....SOMETHINGDukeJack wrote:This link updates about every 10-12 seconds, so it's a little better:JMU DJ wrote:This is about as interesting as the UNI Turf replacement web cam... at least theirs was a continuous feed.

Despite what appears to be a clear size disadvantage, left side's increased mobility is really paying off. Right side is working outside-in, while Left side is working inside-out. At this point, its still up in the air, but I think Left side may have what it takes!mcveyrl wrote:bandl wrote: Honestly though, how exciting is it really to watch a building being built in real time? I am doing color commentary in the race between each side to see who gets to the middle first. I have to do it while I'm pretending to be on the phone so the people walking by my office don't get weirded out...well, more weirded out.

Well Andy, now that football season is over, at least you have Towson basketball to turn your attention to.andy7171 wrote:ODU bashing AND a reason to point out even Towson beat Rhody! I love you man!danefan wrote:Andy will love this quote.
