I actually wonder how many Delaware fans will make the trek up to the Mainline with nothing on the line for the Hens.dbackjon wrote:Seven Nova fans show up to watch the Wildcats take on their hated rival.

You'll get your usual showing. We'll have hopefully a good turn out with the CAA Championship on the line. However, a good turn out for us isn't exactly jaw dropping.
How many of you Delaware assclowns are making the trek to the mainline?

Re: Delaware at Villanova
Well there's no basketball game this weekend.... so there may be a decent turn out.

No no no, you see what WR is getting across in that post is the sounds of the "thunderous" cheers from the Nova fans this weekend.

Re: Delaware at Villanova
I'll be there. Heck, playing at nova is a treat for me - it's only a 25 minute drive at most whereas getting down to Newark takes about an hour and 20 minutes.
Of course, we'll have to deal with the crappy facilities ( thank God that place never gets more than half full - it's bad enough with the lack of toilets and food concessions even when only 7k-8k are there - I can't imagine if they managed to get more people in there. Thankfully, we'll never find out.
And we'll have to suffer through that nova band at halftime. Only band I know where the kids will actually wear their backpacks while on the field marching. Of course, considering the rate of petty theft in and around the parking lots during gametime, I can't blame them for holding onto their valuables. You wouldn't think the wealthy Main Line and Radnor have much in common with the seedier parts of nearby Philly, but leave something valuable in a car and you'll see the similarities real quick.
Good weather for the game, apparently, should be high 50's at kickoff. Maybe see you all in the parking lot tailgating. UD should be bringing the normal 3k to 4k up for the game. It's part of the "keep nova football financially afloat" benefit that we do every other year. It's like our own Jerry's Kids, we just call them "Talley's Kids".

You know what GannonFan? You're a real fuck.
Funny though.
You guys better step up and win one of these years or your alum may have issues counting the consecutive losses after it goes on to the second hand

Re: Delaware at Villanova
Oh, no worries, we have lots of practice counting with our second hand. Every other year we have to count the number of nova fans at the game. Granted, we never have to go all the way to 10, but one year we got up all the way to 8. We even recounted several times to make sure we weren't seeing things. Yup, 8 nova fans. What a year that was!!!!wideright82 wrote:GannonFan wrote:I'll be there.
