Doesn't Brett get more bitches than Jemaine? Other than that, not sure what other successes those two really have to compare...so I think Brett would be like the CAA

BlackFlakin might disagree with this statement... apparently he get's more bitches by himself than the entire CAA.
Dave actually gets (supposedly) the most ass...so BF would be this guy

Yup, and shocker... the 1 was Montana... and the 4 were by 3 different teams.

And the BSC 2nd round games we're at ASU, at ASU, and at UM. :ugeek:

So in this analogy, is the CAA like Jermaine and the BSC is like Brett?
Love Flight of the Concords. Good call boys! BTW in this situation Murray is the BSC. We have all the big plans and direct you in your path.

Basically, unless you are from a school such as TXST or any other program in similar positions, you won't get why 'watching' all of you from very good programs always arguing about who is better, etc. all the time, is befuddling and causes one to scratch heads. It's almost like the BCS arguments.

That said (and not very well) I will continue to contribute as best I can. Someone has to, at least, attempt to rep the SLC and right now, there aren't many of us here. I may not be the best wordsmith to do so but, I try.
Catmom, you don't understand men very well or refuse to accept what we do to entertain ourselves. That is fine but don't ask us not to have fun in the way we see fit just because it annoys you.

Stay out of our pissing matches if you are annoyed but by all means when you are not annoyed then jump into the fray.

We all have a little fun at each others expense. That is what guys do. We do not take things personally like many of the women folk do so we tear into each other as sport about any weakness we can find whether it be real or perceived.

There are some guys that are a little too sensitive for this type of thing and they quickly shuttle themselves out of the mix so as not to stand in our way.

You can easily see the fellas that like each other. They are the ones that are the meanest and take the most shots at each other. You should have learned that in the first day of Men 101.

I could be annoyed at a meat grinder for chewing up my finger when I stick it in one. That would be as silly as being annoyed at these threads and then coming back to them time after time.

You're right that isn't fair. I'll tell you what... we won't count Richmond's win at ASU last year if it makes your feel better. Next. :coffee:

... or JMU at #2 Furman

... but we went over this, because the CAA gets in so many teams it skews the data when those CAA teams actually win.

I didn't say it wasn't fair, it just helps explain the records.

The Big Sky is one really good program and 4 other solid programs that beat each other up each year, placing the 2nd and 3rd place teams on the bubble, who then go and typically upset a higher ranked team and/or a seed on the road.

The CAA is the best conference because of their playoff success and the built in advantages of counting NEC and PL teams as DI wins and the # of teams in the conference.

Not really that hard to understand. :thumb: :coffee:

And wasn't this about teams that are no longer in the playoff picture? See it got hijacked into another BSC/CAA pissing match.
The thread was about three specific teams that are no longer in the payoff picture, two of which are CAA schools.

The thread wasn't hijacked, it started out as a BSC/CAA pissing match.
Good point.

Just had to go the extra mile to try to qualify the statement, didn't you? So wins at AppSt, Furman, McNeese, Georgia Southern, etc... don't count for CAA teams, only Big Sky teams. Got it. :thumb:

Of course they count, but if the CAA was an 8 or 9 team conference and the NCAA counted DII wins like they should, the CAA's playoff record would be diminished because they would have one or two less teams in the playoffs each year. The Big Sky's record would improve because they would get more teams in with better records and host more home games.

I will go as many miles as neccessary in helping you to understand. ;)

I guess you missed the part where all of the stats were given as percentages, not gross numbers. :geek:

Wait, you mean to tell me that Catmom didn't actually speak to my ex-girlfriend and that all women will consider me an ass, a moron, and none of them will understand what the hell I am talking about?
