I saw a video from ESPN that shows a lot more than that.. they did a whole lot more punching.

looked to be UNDER the tit. which is probably worse, as that would be right in the sternum and/or stomach

As far as the incident(s), such stuff isn't THAT uncommon in soccer.
The suspension from the team or whatever is warranted.
But you can't tell me that elbows aren't thrown from time to time on the soccer pitch.
