They went from #14 to out of my poll in one week. Perhaps the largest drop EVER in my history of voting.

I believe they were at 13 in my poll and I dropped them out as well. They UND loss really hurts. UND is building a program but they are not an acceptable loss yet, especially for a Top 25 team.

I think that Montana is more explosive this year on offense but still trying to regain last years form on defense. They are getting closer each week and should be just fine as they head into the playoffs.

Weber had been playing with fire all year and finally got burned. They are young at a lot of positions and untimely turnovers were going to catch up to them at some point.

You keep thinkin' that. Montana played it's FIRST complete game of the year Saturday. They've taken the first quarter off just about every week, but not on Halloween. This team is peaking at just the right time...

But don't tell anybody....

hmmm...I'll have to go dig up that conversation we were having about a month ago when I said to wait until about the 7th week to go real crazy about us not clicking...

Weber is seriously leading this? They've been less consistent than last year, but if they win their last two games at home they'll probably make the playoffs.

As much as it pained me, I voted Wofford.

Something wrong about harshing on a really small school. Oh well, I won't lose any sleep because they did "fall" the furthest from their expectations.

Hey, buttlicker---it wasn't peaking in week 7 I was worried about....it was weeks 3, 4, 5 and 6.

Yes Chicken Little I know that. You don't have the patience to watch the O line, and the young uns on D come together and hope they build momentum at the right time.

My fear was that we'd suffer a couple untimely losses while that "coming together" thing was happening. Fortunately for us, we dodged several (UC Davis, NAU, EWU) bullets and have come out unscathed.

I feel better now.

this is the reason the caa has done so well in the first copule of rounds playing these type of teams

! i'm sorry that these teams think they belong but they have to start winning some of these games or no matter what the record. these teams would have a hard time beating carroll let alone someone like richmond!

After our first two games, ASU was looking like they could be a candidate

Fortunately, the ship seems to have been righted somewhat and we're playing good ball again. Like SGriz, I hate to say it but I'm going with Wofford - they were dealt a pretty bad hand with injuries and H1N1 this season.

IF Weber ends up @ 7-4, and IF EWU winds up at 8-3, I'll put my money on EWU making the playoffs.
