It was an expensive game since we lost Edmon McClam (DT - 26 tackles on the season) and RIcky Nichols (starting CB) in the second half. McClam has a strained ligament in his knee. Nichols left holding his chest.
Thomas DeMarco (QB) also did not return for the 2nd half after scoring a rushing touchdown and being knocked "woozy" from a helmet to helmet hit.

I'm glad ODU started the 2nd half with the backup QB and second string. After the 1st half total yards were;

We did take a licking on players, we now have 12 players in warm ups on the sideline and with a first year team we aren't very deep.
