Not so much a multiple personality disorder as agoraphobia. UMass is 4-0 at home and 0-4 on the road.danefan wrote:UMass has multiple personality disorder I think.

Re: Maine - UMass Game Thread
I don't know if they covered this on the broadcast, but the officials called it a fake knee, and the new rule is that if the QB even so much as fakes taking a knee, he's called as if he actually took a knee. I saw that in a Texas Tech game earlier this year when they faked the knee before the half and threw a bomb for a TD, but had it called back. That said, I seriously doubt Brusko was trying to fake taking a knee there, there would be no reason for the defense to expect him to take a real knee in that situation, but the officials weren't blind on that call, just overly officious. Or maybe the rule doesn't permit them to take the circumstances into consideration when they see that body movement, I don't know the exact language in the rulebook. I'm sure Cosgrove will ask the CAA about it.Col Hogan wrote:jeff, are you watching it???mainejeff wrote:The official costs Maine a TD and they settle for a FG.

All I know is, I know who the best 4 teams in this conference are, and I know who the worst 3 teams in this conference are. The 5 in the middle have no links to the other two groups, except for UMass. UMass is the lone anomaly because they're only one from the middle group to beat the top group, but they're also the only one in the middle group to have no wins and multiple losses against the middle group.
