Like it or not, it is a very real possibility that the Big Sky gets only 1 in the tournament. If Montana runs the table, they will eliminate EWU, WSU and possibly Montana St from consideration. NAU really holds their fate in their hands and will have a shot at the second slot by winning out.

That these rules shall be as equal as prudential considerations will admit, will certainly be the aim of our legislatures, general and particular." --Thomas Jefferson, letter to Hugh White, 1801

EWU, MSU, and NAU all have another loss to give and still get an at-large and they all still have a shot along with WSU and Montana at winning the auto-bid. And Montana has 3 losses to give and still has a shot at the at-large.

You're jumping the gun there a bit. Must be a CAA fan. ;)

Personally, I think the team with the best shot at an at large (assuming Montana for the auto-bid) is Montana State. Assuming they win against USD, Idaho State, PSU and Sac State, they only need to win one of @ EWU or home against Montana. Weber (with 3 losses already), on the other hand, still has Montana, Cal Poly and NAU to play. Eastern (2 losses) still has Montana, Montana State and NAU and would need to go 2-1 against that group. NAU (2 losses) still has Weber, Eastern and FBS Mississippi and would need to sweep Weber & Eastern to get in.

Good one.... As AZ pointed out, specifically, if Montana runs the table that would give MSU, Weber, and EWU another loss and with the games they have against each other, I gave the advantage to NAU. Anything can happen.
