Wow, tv said that JMU can't host any playoff games this year due to the construction..I did not know that.

Construction starts immediately after the last home game.... stinks, but hey... if the Dukes make the playoffs, that's enough for me this year. Are you watching this on channelsurfing? I feel like I have a different feed with the lack of replay on the punter injury and I don't recall them talking about the playoffs either.

Yeah, I'm almost sure that the ChannelSurfing feed is off Madizone - no breaks, all in the stadium coverage, MRDs are playing now. The game is also being shown on Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic, which anyone can get with a satellite feed.

Yep, with the possibility of none in 2010, either. I think this year JMU fans had already accepted it, most people were guessing 7-4 or 8-3 with a first round in Boone anyways, so no one was too upset. But with a young team now we were hoping for being in the hunt for a seed next year, that was what got people pissed off.

First we have to make the playoffs, second... I don't know if App St will be hosting considering their play thus far. Nothing says they won't, but if they continue on this track, they could easily lose a couple to the Furple, Suhthurn or Elon... we could always do a road playoff game at Furman, that worked out decently for JMU last time.

Jus' sayin', that's what most JMU fans were predicting preseason, before ours and Apps "disappointing" results so far. And selfishly, I would prefer to see us playing a western team so I can at least see one game live this year, but I would take another game at Furman
