Illinois State drives 59 yards on their opening drive. Held to a field goal. 3-0 Redbirds with 8:36 in the first.

NDSU stalls on opening drive, forced to punt. 15 yard penalty for the Bison after running into the returner. 1st and 10 for Redbirds from their 30.

NDSU blocks the Redbirds 38 yard field goal attempt. This place is still dead though. 338 yards of O for Ill St and 215 for the Bison.
