Missouri State @ Youngstown State - Missouri State has had troubles on the road recently. YSU by 12
Southern Illinois @ Western Illinois - Salukis by 10+
South Dakota State @ Cal-Poly - SDSU is a Top-10 team in my eyes. Could be lopsided. Rabbits by 21

Indiana State @ Northern Iowa - HAHAHAHAHAHA...wait does that count as a comment?
Missouri State @ Youngstown State - only because they are at home, if at MSU I take the Bears
Southern Illinois @ Western Illinois - how will WIU react after the way Coach left? See UNI comment
South Dakota State @ Cal-Poly - don't know for sure. I know SDSU is good, and this will be a good test

Indiana State @ Northern Iowa-I wanted to pick the trees just to be a dick , but figured clenz would kill me
Missouri State @ Youngstown State-Ill buy what guinzone is selling and say the ISU game was a fluke
Southern Illinois @ Western Illinois-We'll see what WIU is made of here
South Dakota State @ Cal-Poly-Could be a big statement game for SDSU if they win going away in this one

Indiana State @ Northern Iowa - Very ugly very early.
Missouri State @ Youngstown State - Statement game for YSU, they've never lost at home to MSU.
Southern Illinois @ Western Illinois - SIU should win this one by 2 scores.
South Dakota State @ Cal-Poly - Cal-Poly's record does not look great, but they are going to be tough. If it were in SD I would pick SDSU, but its out in California. This will be a good one. It will come down to a FG.

Didn't know we had postseason hopes remaining. They have a chance to win every game left, except SDSU at Brookings. Having a chance doesn't mean they will, as I see at least 2 more losses on the schedule.

There is always hope for the playoffs with only one conference loss (at least if you're in an AQ conference), and even some hope with 2 losses.

Not a whole lot of hope given the remaining schedule, but still......

Back in mid-October 2005, UNI had just been blown out by Illinois State, and was sitting at 2-2 in conference (and 3-3 overall plus a D2 win), with games left to play against YSU (a good YSU program, not last years), @WKU, and against SIU. But that season turned out fairly well (not perfect by any means, due to that one scoop-and-score, but an okay season other than that).

Of course, that was UNI. Not NDSU.

Are you just trying to be different to stir things up? The Dawgs will win @ WIU because the Leathernecks have no D. Normally, this is a close game but this year could be an exception. With Donaldson graduated, WIU is having to rely too much on the pass. Matt Barr is in for a long day.

That's the way I see it, unless WIU's O-line can pass block a lot better than NDSU's.

I suspect we may see Dieker's backup get some pt, which we'll need for the stretch when everybody is dinged and we don't have a bye.

Southern Illinois @ Western Illinois WSU is tough at home, but the SIU "D" will be too much for them to handle.
South Dakota State @ Cal-Poly SDSU wins a very close one, decided in the final minute. 3 points or less.
