Hmmm, leaving out JMU & UMass aren't we? I still think Nova has the strongest team returning to the CAA this year, these next three weeks will be a big test for them as they have W&M at home and then two consecutive road games against UNH and JMU. If they can go 2-1 on that stretch I think they have a good shot of running the rest of their schedule (UR and UD included).

I just posted my CAA breakdown. Check it out and comment. I don't think JMU is the favorite yet, but they're in the running.

No doubt, just going off your initial post... seems more like a list to chose from than a personal breakdown. I think JMU is solid, but with their schedule who knows. I don't think they are the team to beat, which is why I picked Nova. Every team in the CAA south (minus Towson
