I wonder why they put this LOUSY football on television at all. I think i know the answer and it damn sure isn't because ANYONE is watching.

Ratings. No FCS teams are going to get moe ratings than the FBS games. Therefore, the Mouse shows the big FBS games live, and the FCS (in this case the MEAC games because of their contract) on tape delay.

The MEAC games on ESPN usually generate about a 0.8-1.3 share in their timeslot. That is pretty good for ESPNU, a channel which most people still don't have, but it stll can't reach the level of a Va. Tech/Nebraska which garnered somewhere between a 2 and 3 share on a Saturday afternoon. That is HUGE for Saturday afternoon.

Man, you need to be more diverse, just to see what's out there...I've watched different 1-AA team's play on TV and online... See man, I follow 1-AA, not 1-A. And by the way, when was the last time Citadel were in the playoffs or ranked?

FAMU has 3 more games on the tube after Saturday, South Carolina St., i think Miami, and Bethune Cookman(The Florida Classic) Oh, i watched Rhode Island and UMass this pass Saturday on TV.
