Harvard v. Holy Cross Game Thread
I say 35-30, The Cross, on a balmy day in beautiful downtown Worcester. Randolph lights up Harvard's usual group of 5-9 DBs like a Christmas tree for 400 yards passing. Former Harvard LB Thomas leaps out of the stands pre-game and stomps on the HC midfield symbol, but fails to start the desired rumble.

I watched HC play Umass last year and I was real impressed with the passing ability. Is the HC QB the same guy from last year?Ivytalk wrote:I say 35-30, The Cross, on a balmy day in beautiful downtown Worcester. Yes. Dominic Randolph. He's the real deal. Harvard lost the game two years ago and was lucky to win it last year.Ursus A. Don't forget the Harvard kicker. He's pretty darn good, especially in the crunch.

Oh franks. Ask IT, he knows, EVERYONE has better attendance than Nova. It's not about YOUR fans, it's about everyone else. They are the ones who don't give a crap about a team that will lose in the first round and a bunch of preppy wannabes who are too scared to even give a crack at it.

I think Johnny P. Harvard is ready to kick some boot. He's been on the system link all week practicing.

Re: Harvard v. Holy Cross Game Thread
Key points to watch in this game:
-Performance of Dominic Randolph: is he worthy of a draft pick, if not in the higher rounds?
-Harvard will start a new QB (Winters) for the first time in 3 years. Can he parallel Pizzotti?
-Harvard DBs vs. Randolph and Co. Who will win?

All the Ivy League needs to become relevant again is to diversify its OOC schedule.

Seriously, will the attendance for this game break 10K? Serious eggheads want to know.

Holy Cross wins, 27-20. Harvard got down by 2 scores and couldn't get the equalizer. Oh, well, get ready for Brown next Friday!
