So with CAA being the SEC would that make the Big Sky the Big Ten or is that a dis to the Big Sky or just accurate?

IMHO I would liken the FBS confernces to the FCS like this:

CAA-SEC
MVC-Big 12
Big Sky-Pac 10
Southland-MVW or Big 10
SoCon-ACC

I agree that the CAA is top dog at the moment, but I also think the conference is a little overrated as well. To me the top 2 teams in all of these conferences are usually as good as each other year in and year out. However some conferces have much better 3-5 teams, i.e CAA, MVC, and in years past SoConn.

Normally, I would be very offended to have anyone liken the SoCon to the ACC....however, I'm afraid this year, it may be justified (for now at least)....therefore, El cid is like Clempson...longing for the glory years that never were.... :lol:
