MAC is not a good fit for NDSU. The MWC is a better fit with the schools in the MWC.
Why isn't the MAC a good fit for NDSU step up your game the school needs to get behind them and offer obvious support.
For a start
1 NDSU doesn't desire to play on Tuesday and Wednesday, lowering attendence.
2. Better competition in the MWC
3. More favorable destination road games, Hawaii, Vegas, Reno, Colorado Springs, San Jose for fans
4. North Dakota aligns better with a western conference.
5. If the other Dakotas and Montanas move up, it will probably be to the MWC.

Wow playing during the week never knew about this they are used to the weekend obviously.

The MAC has maybe the worst weekday schedule of all the G5 conferences. CUSA does weeknights in October, I know the SBC has a few weeknight games dropped in throughout the year. But the MAC devotes all of November, if I remember correctly, to weeknight football. Weeknights in Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan tend to be pretty cold and bleak, and you can see the attendance numbers at schools drop precipitously from earlier in the year Saturday games to these end of season weeknight games.

I know that they are going to love the idea of playing against Hawaii for obvious reasons.

Former Bison Cole Wisniewski was drafted after transferring to Texas Tech.
Three ex-FCS who graduate transferred were drafted this year, mostly in the seventh round.
To be expected. We’ll still see NFL level talent on the field but inky for just a year or so. I wonder if we may see even more as athletes use FCS to raise their transfer stock?
