You CHOSE to buy an orange. You didn‘t HAVE to buy an orange unless someone was somehow forcing you to.

If you had just said ‘I spent $1 for an orange’ I wouldn’t have said anything.
Why are you hanging your hat on semantics while ignoring the point? An orange now costs a dollar. That's the result of Trump's policies.

I’m sure he was making the exact same point during Bidenflation. You don’t have to buy eggs. You don’t have to buy gas.

That's called BDKnitpicking. It's in the MAQA yahoo playbook. If they can't refute a point/argument they nitpick at irrelevant details in an attempt to distract. BKD is a grand master.

Tell that to my health insurance premiums.

Speaking of not aging well - we’re 330+ days into the regime and trump and his circle of cronies are still blaming biden after promising to fix things on DAY 1.

Obama left office almost 9 years ago. My health insurance options are better as a result of the ACA so I can thank Obama for that. I’m still waiting to see trump’s “concept of a plan”.

trump and MAQA Republicans own the increase in premiums no matter how much they try to duck responsibility.

No, you can blame that on COVID funds. Dems set the expiry date and now want to act as if "cuts" were made. That is a lie. Blame PedoJoe.

WRONG!!!

I don't benefit from the subsidies so their expiration doesn't impact my premiums. My premiums went up approximately 50% all because of Pedotrump and MAQA Republicans.

You didn't benefit from the American Rescue Plan (2021) and the Inflation Reduction Act (2022) which were used to lower ACA premiums? Wow. You are the only person in America that didn't work for.

Then what did you say? PedoJoe had to pull shenanigans to get those passed and they expired. They were not meant to be temporary. While I'm sorry your premiums went up, it's not Trump's fault, nor the Republicans. This was all Dem's. Blame them.

I received small benefits in previous years but they decreased as my income increased so I was going to receive nothing in 2026 regardless.

It's always biden's fault or Obama's fault or someone else's fault. It's never, ever trump's fault. It must be nice never, ever being responsible for your own screwups. If Fred was still alive, someone should slap him for raising such an entitled shit of a son.

Our premium is going up $3600 this year. I blame the Dems too but not one single R has ever done shit about our broken system. Trump could fix it instantly if he wanted to.

He doesn’t.

I mistyped, my premiums are going up 50% in 2026. Increases were marginal in previous years.

trump has talked about replacing the ACA since 2016 (concepts of a plan) and he has yet to present anything of substance. He's all hat, no cattle.

How is it Trump's fault for not keeping COVID funding going to ACA, especially when we are $38 Trillion in debt and especially since COVID is long gone?

Do you remember how the Dems passed those two gems?

How could Trump fix it immediately? The Dems and Biden should have done their jobs.

This isn't on Trump, this is on the Uniparty. They e had how many years to come to common ground on immigration, gun control and healthcare.

If anyone is to blame, it's Obama and him creating ACA as a sop to the medical/insurance industry.

Remember how Ted Stevens was accused of illegal kickbacks, got removed, then the Dems had their 60 votes only to have Stevens be not guilty. That is the establishment for you. It was operating long before Trump.

A number of people benefited from the ACA, not just the medical/insurance industry. It is far from perfect but it is an improvement over what we had before. I wish Republicans and Democrats could work together on a compromise solution but neither side is willing to put aside their agenda and actually work for the good of the American people.

Trump had four years but he also had to deal with people like McCain and the other twats McConnell controlled. You ever wonder why there is always someone who crosses the aisle? It's because of money. McConnell always had more control when Reps were the minority. I can only imagine the concessions he got from his Uniparty buds on the Dem side.

What did Biden do? He said he'd been in Congress for 40+ years and was the man to fix everything.

In regards to the bolded, that is precisely why I support Trump. He isn't close to perfect, but he is outside the Uniparty.
