Can the Congress Critters not bring others with them? Must it only be Congress Critters?

Why were they there for about two hours? What were they doing during those two hours? Were the ICE agents giving them the run around to keep them from inspecting the facility? Giving them the run around is preventing them from their duties which is obstruction of justice.

Are we sure the Congress Critters got physical with the ICE officials first? Could they have given them the run around for two hours and then it got physical when the Congress Critters tried to force their way through to inspect the facility? Then the ICE officials were the ones who should be arrested.
