You’re struggling with the “legal” vs. “illegal” status as much as BDK. You’ve been provided with why their deportation is illegal by me, the courts, and every non-maga new source.

I sincerely hope you find your way eventually. :thumb:
You're struggling once again with simple basic reading comprehension. Please show me someone...anyone with a legal immigration status who has been deported.
It's a simple question, so I can't dumb it down any further for you. Sorry... :ohno:

Dow off 1200 pts, heads for worst April since 1932 on Trump tariffs, Fed attacks
U.S. stocks spiral lower ahead of the close, with the blue-chip Dow plunging more than 1,200 points and on pace for its worst April since 1932, amid fears President Donald Trump's tariff plan and his attack on Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell will hurt the economy.

On Sunday, Chicago Federal Reserve President Austan Goolsbee said in a CBS interview that the tariffs could lead U.S. economic activity to “fall off” by the summer from "artificially high" activity caused by panic purchasing ahead of tariffs.

Last week, Fed Chair Jerome Powell said Trump's tariffs could present a potential conflict between its mandates to keep prices stable and promote full employment. He said the Fed could wait for more clarity on tariffs and their effect on the economy.
Does trump not understand how the Fed works? Replacing Powell won't change the governance structure.

Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) determines monetary policy.
  • The FOMC consists of 12 members - 7 members of the Federal Reserve System Board of Governors, the president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and 4 of the remaining 7 Reserve Bank presidents.
  • The 7 members of the Federal Reserve System's Board of Governors each serve a 14-year term. Terms are staggered, meaning one governor's term expires every two years, on February 1 of even-numbered years. trump and Congress will have the opportunity to replace 2 of the 7 members (Powell's term is up in 2026 and another in 2028).
  • Federal Reserve Bank presidents are appointed by the Reserve Bank's directors subject to the approval of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors.
The Fed was intentionally designed to be insulted from political interference like what trump is attempting to do.

You're struggling to understand that this is a message board and while you can ask any question you want no one on this board has to limit their answer to only the question you've asked. This issue is bigger than whether a legal immigrant has actually been deported. It's about whether the trump regime is attempting to deny due process to these immigrants.

Based on Saturday morning's ruling, it would appear that SCOTUS shares my concern and lack of trust in the trump regime.

What is the greater tragedy?
- Not deporting all of these detainees as quickly as possible without affording them due process.
- Giving them time to exercise their due process rights and then deporting those that are unable to make a case.

The greater tragedy is liberals are now supporting illegals (against the law) over American citizens.

These ass clowns want a person from another country that came here illegally and was deported to come back into the country illegally. I think you losers should run on this in 2028!

Trump has unwittingly set off a brain drain of ‘intellectual refugees’ as U.S. applicants to U.K. jobs spike
Paul Graham, a computer scientist and cofounder of startup accelerator Y Combinator, wrote in a post on X that a foreign-born undergraduate student in the U.S. asked him if he should establish his startup in the U.K. given “the random deportations.”

He responded by saying that doing so “would be an advantage in recruiting.”

“What an interesting twist of history it would be if the U.K. became a hub of intellectual refugees the way the U.S. itself did in the 1930s and 40s. It wouldn't take much more than what's already happening,” Graham, who was born in the U.K. and studied in the U.S., said in the post from Tuesday.
The research funding cuts, denial of student visas, attempts to limit academic freedom and free speech, etc. are going to take a toll on American innovation and competitiveness in the long-run.

Why is trump helping China and other competitors?

You mean the bastions of liberalism Ivy League which gets billions of taxpayer funding each year through:
-Property tax exemptions
-Not for profit tax exemptions
-Taxpayer subsidized student loans for their insane 90k a year tuition, room & board.
-Tens of billions of direct taxpayer funded grants.

Despite having (collectively) endowments of close to 200 billion..

How much money does the federal government give to tesla, SpaceX, etc. despite elon musk being the richest man in the world with a net worth of approximately $363 billion?

New images could change cancer diagnostics but ICE detained the Harvard scientist who analyzes them
Petrova’s case and the detention of academics across the country has damaged the ability of universities in the United States to recruit and retain leading talent, experts and Petrova’s colleagues said. In fields where expertise is often highly specialized, the loss of talent could have dire consequences globally for the future of medicine and scientific discovery. Scientists and faculty members are planning to leave institutions across the country, legal experts said, because they’re worried that their visas could be revoked or that they could be swept up in immigration actions.
What innovations that could have been found/invented/developed in the US will now happen elsewhere?

Almost a year ago, the U.S. Border Patrol was bleeding personnel. In the four years of the Biden presidency, the law enforcement agency lost nearly a quarter of its ranks. U.S. Customs and Border Protection staffing data showed just over 4,200 agents had left the federal agency between October 2020 and April 2024. Many opted to retire, while others quit. Then there was the tragedy on Biden's watch of agents who committed suicide because of the horrors they had to witness under the rampant invasion of the Southern border, coupled with their inability to actually do their job of deterrence and enforcement of the law.

What a difference a new administration and a renewed mandate make….

Ray Dalio fears ‘something worse than a recession.’
In a recent interview on Meet the Press, financier Ray Dalio, warned of "something worse than a recession" if current financial, economic, and trade issues are not "handled well." Later in the interview, he warned that if current problems worsen, we could experience a "world order in which there is great conflict." I agree on both counts—with the caveat that this might be an understatement. Others have issued similar warnings.

Ryan Holiday has a fantastic mind. He is asked to speak before organizations like the Naval Academy for a reason.

To cancel his lecture here displays nothing but immense fear. Fear that their own ideas might be challenged or are not strong enough to withstand other viewpoints. That’s a weak and cowardly way to live not to mention run a military academy.

Anyone who disagrees with any part of this essay is a threat to America and some of its greatest principles.

Not surprisingly, NBC was a little deficient with the details on this one.

It isn't quite as simple as her not declaring frog embryos. That isn't something you can just 'declare'. You have to obtain permits to bring biological specimens into the country. Not only did she have these loose frog embryos, she also had uncovered undeclared petri dishes, and containers of other unknown substances. On top of that, there were messages on her phone where she planned to smuggle these materials into the country without declaring them or acquiring the proper permits. Sounds pretty premeditated and intentional.

Do you really want a foreign national (especially from a bad actor like Russia) coming into the country with undeclared, unprotected, and unpermitted biological materials, or is she just being used for another Donk political stunt?

Did Trump kill all of them already? When is it going to happen?
