Ideological extremes are growing in the US, new survey finds

Among Republicans, 77% described themselves as conservative in 2024, including 24% who said they were very conservative — both of which are highs since Gallup started polling the question three decades ago. Meanwhile, 55% of Democrats identified as liberal, including 19% who reported being very liberal — also both highs.

Overall, 37% of respondents described themselves as conservative and 25% as liberal; 34% say they’re moderate, down from a high of 43% in the 1990s.

The term liberal is outdated and a misnomer. To Gen Z lefties, liberal represents corporate, establishment, election losing Dems who are truly just conservative light. Harris, Biden, Jefferies, Pelosi, Schumer fit that bill and you get lefties can’t stand them.

Bernie would be considered radical in these type of polls despite preaching populism and policies that are embraced by a majority of Americans. And he hasn’t changed much in 50 years.

The President of the United States of America calling people juvenile names isn't "appropriate" either but you cheer that on.

A pastor preaching a sermon about compassion for the less fortunate and marginalized seems to be consistent with the teachings of Christ. We need more pastors like this who are willing to lead their congregations by word and example.

A snowflake would get his panties in a wad and say things like this:

"“She brought her church into the World of politics in a very ungracious way. She was nasty in tone, and not compelling or smart”

“Apart from her inappropriate statements, the service was a very boring and uninspiring one. She is not very good at her job! She and her church owe the public an apology!”
