Now we know why the Louisville shooting quickly vanished from the front page national news. Turns out this guy was another left wing lunatic. If this it had been a white male Trump voter, it would be front page national news for weeks, Garland would be on the ground right now in Louisville saying how we need an investigation into domestic terrorism and how white male Trump supporters are the biggest threat to democracy. Biden would probably be visinting Louisville alternating between mumbling and yelling about crazy MAGA republicans. But when its doesn’t fit the national MSM favored narrative of angry white male MAGA mass shooter, it quickly fades from the national spotlight.

A Twitter profile that belonged to Sturgeon has also been taken down. According to The Daily Beast, the now-deleted Twitter account included, “posts in support of the Black Lives Matter protests of 2020, as well as some criticism of police violence and of then-President Donald Trump,” alongside tweets about the NBA, sports and messages between friends.

Sturgeon also appears to have been at one-point a frequent poster on Reddit. An account matching his Twitter and Instagram handle, csturg41, was suspended by Reddit after the shooting. Heavy viewed the account prior to its being taken down. Many of the posts, including the most recent, were about sports and video games, including a post three days ago about the Dallas Mavericks missing the NBA playoffs.

Sturgeon also posted political memes, mainly mocking conservatives, former President Donald Trump and Fox News, on several subreddits, including “DankMemes,” “F***thealtright,” and “trollychromosome,” along with “Leopardsatemyface.” He posted a meme in July 2020 on the “f***thealtright” subreddit of a cartoon of a musclar figure responding to someone asking how he got his muscles by saying, “Every time Trump tweets some racist s*** …. I do one push up.”

I am with your take on the Reinheitsgebot (translation "purity law") and there is a very good reason that we have such a diversity of beer over here (one for every palette) and they do not have the same thing over there. It is a pair of shackles that both hobbles German brewers and restricts consumer choices all in the name of tradition.

I love all the German beers from Weihenstephan Hefe Weissbier to Erdinger Kristall, Gaffel Kölsch, a Doppelbock, or a Berliner Weisse in the Summer. The need for such "purity laws" has long passed.
