Hornets lead by 15 at the break. Sac outscored NAU 15-4 in the second quarter even though Natabou sat the entire quarter with 2 fouls.

NAU cut it to 9, but by then it was too late. Sacramento State wins by 13 and clinches their first-ever DI NCAA appearance for either men or women.

- SAC 76-63 NAU; Jordan Olivares, the lone holdover from the Harkleroad regime, scored a game-high and career-high 26 points
