No, but with responsible use most deaths are avoidable, just like using any kind of gun. My question is this: Why bring something that will automatically bring attention to yourself at a public place? Unless you are a member of the secret service there is no need of bringing a gun. Most people leave their house to have a good time, not to be worried about someone's constitutional right to have gun at a social outing. Guns have their place, that's why police are there to take that disasterous element out of the equation.

BTW, I did mention police in an earlier post, but that was to argue the mental state of the person, not constitutionality.

I don't trust people enough to have sound judgment when using a weapon of death, that also goes for police, military, and the such. I can only speak for those that I know and witness, but I sincerely doubt most gun carrying citizens, are doing so they can kill someone.
