Well, the Indian variant wasn‘t scaring people enough, so a month or so ago the left decided to start calling the Indian variant the Delta variant. That didn‘t work, so they tried Delta +. That didn‘t work, so yes, they have moved onto Lamda.

Didn't the Alpha (UK), Beta (South African), Gamma (Brazilian) & Delta variants all start before the vaccines became readily available?

That leaves the Lambda variant and any that I haven't heard of because I'm not a Nancy running around whining about stuff.
