That'd be nuts. And those people should be scuttled from the party.
Like a sitting US Congressperson suggesting we murder other Congress people.
That'd be nuts. And those people should be scuttled from the party.

Or claiming one “almost had her murdered” because he disagreed with her.

Proof that Trump followers are Nazis!

and Adam Kinzinger

So forcefully putting someone in a "re-education camp" is the same as asking someone to simply step down?

The Vichy Republicans..

As designated by Cancel Culture MAGAts.
MTG actually said some Democrats should be murdered
Have the Democrats actually tried to put people in camps? Have I missed this?
Why? Because they exercise free speech and refuse to engage in group think? I thought you Republicans were against that. Why do you have 1A and individualism?

I don’t think there’s much difference at this point between the purity movements. Dems are well on their way as well.Ibanez wrote: ↑Thu Feb 04, 2021 9:14 pmWhy? I’ve said it for years, both parties, especially the GOP, are in the midst of purity movements. You’re not a real Republican unless you kneel at the alter
of Trump and buy his bullshit. Same for Dems. Purity movements don’t end well.

There isn't much and the Democrats have been engaged in theirs longer than the Republicans have. The Reps are new to this, they're still looking for the toner.AZGrizFan wrote: ↑Fri Feb 05, 2021 10:13 amI don’t think there’s much difference at this point between the purity movements. Huh? Goldwater, Reagan Revolution, Gingrich Contract with America, Compassionate Conservatism under W, Mitt and whether Mormons can be elected, the Tea Party, etc. I'm pretty sure the GOP has been at this just as long as the Dems have - it's politics, it's always turbulent. Human nature and all that.
I honestly forgot about the Tea party but have we see Republicans as a whole totally submit to one person and an ideology like we've seen with Trump and MAGA?GannonFan wrote: ↑Fri Feb 05, 2021 10:43 amHuh? Nothing happened “as a whole”. Lots and LOTS of conservatives merely tolerated Trump because he was the much lesser of two evils and because his policies aligned better. Are there MAGATards who worship him? Absolutely....but it’s hardly the entire party, nor even “most” of the party.Ibanez wrote: ↑Fri Feb 05, 2021 11:57 amI honestly forgot about the Tea party but have we see Republicans as a whole totally submit to one person and an ideology like we've seen with Trump and MAGA?GannonFan wrote: ↑Fri Feb 05, 2021 10:43 am

The cult of Reagan isn't anywhere close to the cult of Trump. It's more on par with the cults of Obama, Kennedy and FDR.

That i agree with.

It’s more cult like in behavior but Reagan got both political parties to continue some of his worst economic policies for decades.

Exactly, very similar to the cults of Obama, Kennedy and FDR.

Obama is a chameleon but underneath it all, he is a Chicago machine politician.

I took it down to add to it and reposted it doofus

I’d prefer it if you posted non-“doofus”.
