Burning, looting, rioting, autonomous zones, self proclaimed “law”, assaults on journalists or anyone who dares to film them, those are not just “insidious threats”....those are ALL things that have happened in the past seven months, some still happening today and EVERY day in cities like Portland. I’d call that pretty fucking “immediate”.
Is there anything Donald Trump has done so far in questioning the results of this election that have been illegal? Outside the law? Because I can guaranfuckingTEE you that if Trump had received vote dumps in the tens or hundreds of thousands in the middle of the night in EVERY key swing state necessary to win the election at the last minute the MSM and the CTRL-Left and social media justice warriors would be lining UP to get this shit overturned. They would literally be burning down America if the shoe was on the other foot, and you KNOW it to be true. And I’m not just talking about Trump winning, I’m talking if he’d won the way Biden appears to have won. There’s not a leftie out there with a shred of integrity who can state with conviction that what I’m saying wouldn’t happen. And yet, all Trump has done is try to get some light shed on what appears to be some hinky behavior in a couple key cities that cost him the election. That doesn’t make him the devil, and it doesn’t make him someone who’s trying to “steal” the election. He wants the truth. I want the truth. YOU should want the truth.
Because next time, the shoe might be on the other foot.
Agree. Of course if it were Trump we'd have Russia-gate 2.0. But politics is reliably partisan, hypocritical and predictable. What has happened is that Trump lost and he's now calling board canvassers, governors, state legislators, and more pleading with them to go against the will of the voters. He's begging them to break the law. He isn't questioning the results. He isn't merely saying something is hinky and it needs to be reviewed. He's calling out individual people and saying they're the problem. He's blaming a political party and then anyone else that doesn't give him what he wants. He's all for a Republican until that Republican stands up for the Constitution. He's actively trying to disenfranchise millions of voters.
It's really quite easy - do the investigation and present your evidence. Under oath, in court, no evidence has been presented or argued. No facts have been presented. That's straight from court decisions. Trump appointed judges have said no evidence was submitted. Trump appointed law makers and political appointees have said there's nothing there (or not enough to really make a difference.). They've said this election was successful. And remember, Trump only hires the best (that is until they exercise independence and don't toe the party line.)
There wasn't anything evil with Dominion Voting - a human error which was corrected.
There isn't a massive conspiracy to have Republican and Democratic politicians across multiple jurisdictions steal the election.
The newest conspiracy is that it's now impossible for so many people to split a ticket.
Trying to ensure an election was run fairly is in everyone's best interests. But you aren't naïve and you know that what Trump is saying and doing is trying to undermine the integrity and sow doubt. It's his personality - he's not a reasonable, calm individual. His personality is his biggest flaws and it's a major turn off and forces people to see him negative. Do you really want the next Democratic POTUS candidate to lose, and then cry foul, sue w/o any evidence, call governors and tell them to not obey the law and the will of their voters?
Taking a page from Trumps playbook, I could simply say that MaineJeff eats baby kittens for breakfast and you should just trust me on it. Proof? There's no need...my word is impeachable.
Btw - MaineJeff eats baby kittens for breakfast.
