Can’t get the steam pressure we need because the solar powered electric factory is too intermittent, needing parts for ongoing maintenance and disappointing output when it does work. We are installing a coal fired power plant to back up this solar factory.

It will have to have the same potential as the solar factory to stabilize the system and assure constant, reliable power. Thankfully the checks keep coming and their will be a huge subsidy check for the cost of the conventional power generating facility because it qualifies as maintenance.

All we know at this point is the claim NDSU should go undefeated every year was met with scorn and abuse on Bosoville. Turns out it’s almost true.

Just the fact that everyone is dunking on Lakes because hes such an idiot for saying that we should be going undefeated each year, when our average record over that time frame is LESS THAN one loss per season. In a fifteen game season we win 14.1 games, mathematically. His point was that we are way better than the competition in the FCS to the point that we should go undefeated each year.

we can’t find reliable workers in Florida. A large crew from North Dakota with lots of depth, solid work ethic, knowledge and execution of the fundamentals and sound physical condition may get this thing going yet this week.

Lots of folks asking about the Gophers. What would happen if they played NDSU this week:

NDSU vs. UMN

Both teams have impressive defenses. The Gophers have only allowed 105 points and 2600 total yards. Their defensive field is an impressive 173 yds!

The BISON offense is clearly superior. Their field is 82 yds vs 111 for the Gophers.

Trey Lance and the huge herd of Bison receivers would pick them apart as the Gophers started to spend more and more of their defensive resources stopping the Bison downhill running game. They are good enough to win this without a break. They needed a pick-6 in Iowa.

USD brings the MVFC #1 passing attack to the FFD today.

An upset would grant the Yotes the Dakota College Football Championship.

700 total yds, 419 rushing for The Herd. USD 245 total yds. 756 is the Bison record for total yds single game.

USD is a good FCS team.

The Gophers are exposed at Iowa City. They are now +4 vs NDSU.
The Ducks are rolling over AZ 21-6 at the half.

Lets get to the Big Game: JMU vs NDSU. I dont know if we get a better game scheduling them on the same side of the playoff bracket or setting it up for the National Championship game. A bracket that would pit Montana against JMU with winner getting the Bison would be good.

Nothing ventured nothing gained. There wasn't time for proper consideration but in hindsight taking the Bison -27 was easy money.

Hopefully next week will provide an opportunity. We would like a bank over 2,000 for the playoffs. We are slightly under now.

The Bison are rolling:

just shy of 1,400 yds in 2 weeks.

The running backs are looking better every week. There are always good running backs at NDSU but this group is big, 9 ball carriers Saturday including the QB. The 8 running backs are led by Sr Ty Brooks and Jr Adam Cofield. all are fast, strong and talented. 6 are freshman.

Trey Lance is a constant running threat, has a very accurate NFL arm and can see every receiver on the field all the time. He used 9 receivers Saturday.

The offensive line is incredible. It is led by SR Guard Zack Johnson. The offense plays on an 84 yd field.

The defense is a steel wall giving up 121 yds rushing and 152 in the air/game. typical game for the Bison 42-13. The defense plays on a 150 yard field.

14 Srs graduating this year. All well known names in the Bison Lore. There are 18 Jrs stepping up to lead the way next year. Don't want to get ahead of myself though. It will take Sr. Leadership to get The BISON another National Championship this year. That Championship would be a nice trophy to take to Oregon next season. The Bison will be a Senior led team with experience in winning big games.
