Griz fell apart in the second half. I'm glad we won so we don't have to live with the 4 and 17 taunts. :|
:sarcasm: I thought only Jason Semore could give up 3rd./4th. & long plays.

Seriously, though, was it as bad of a spot as people in the crowd seemed to think? (I couldn't see it clearly)

I am not sure. I sit in the North end zone so the angle wasn't there for me.

I do think we got lucky with that downed punt being called a touch back. But I may have missed something.

The replay made it look like the ball might've nicked the goal line, but I really couldn't tell. If it didn't, then you could add not challenging that to the list of Farley's mistakes today.

Wasn't there a team that gave up a big 4th down once, I think it was against Towson State Community College. :D

#86 Briley Moore, TE – Moore returns as the most experienced pass catcher on the team and maybe their best (known) threat in the passing game. Moore is 6-3, and almost 245 pounds. Last season he was 2nd on the team in receptions with 38 and had 494 receiving yards which is also 2nd best on the team. Moore was voted the 1st team all-MFVC tight end.
#83 Jaylin James, WR – James was 3rd best for UNI in receiving last year, 338 yards and 1 TD. He’s their #1 WR presumably for this game.
I am guessing whomever that was they are now gone.
Yes that person is long gone!!!! I hope JJ has some deep speed to draw attention away from that TE????

It was short by a full yard. The guy caught it right in front of me. The ref had a bad angle and did the best he could, but it was still short.

Sure. And he threw for 2700 yards and 27 TD in 12 games. One of those 12 games he played 1 drive and was pulled at half or early in the third in 3 others due to score.

I’m not worried about Eli not running for 100 yards per game.

I just caught a replay and it was murkier than I thought. It all comes down to when the guy officially gained possession of it. There was a moment where it went into the crook of his elbow before he rolled over and that might've been just over the line.

I was a ways away from the TV in the bar, but I was pretty psyched that they were gonna be short. Then I saw him motion the first...

UNI sucks.

Hope they go 0-11

I didn't see the game - not a single play. Couldn't give a fuck less about that either.

I decided not to give Montanada any $ for the video feed and instead listened to the audio stream for the 1st half. The audio stream sucked balls, I heard the same comments 2-3 times on a regular basis.

It will probably be difficult for MAQA yahoos to overcome the Qult programming but they should give being rational & reasonable a try.

Riley Corcoran is OK (not as good as Mick Holien), but Greg Sundberg is just annoying.

It wasn't that they were repeating themselves it was like a loop where the exact same statement were being played 2-3 times on a regular basis. I don't know how much insightful commentary I missed during the audio looping. It was annoying. Between UNI getting their azzes handed to them and the feed sucking I just gave up and skipped the 2nd half.

You missed out. UNI were the dominate team for the 2nd half.

I know but I think the disappointment would have been even greater to almost come back but come up short.

What happened in the 2nd half that changed things?

Montana played well on both sides of the ball for the first half. 2nd half they didn't seem to be able to do anything.

The change at QB for UNI really seemed to bring life to their offense.

The UNI offense also acted like they didn't even want to be there in the first half. No energy, constant dropped passes, Eli Dunne not doing one thing right the entire time he was out there, etc.

One concern for UM: once UNI adjusted to Sneed's running/scrambling, the Griz did virtually nothing on offense beyond the trick play.

Farley said they made absolutely zero half time adjustments on defense other than ripping ass for not playing well.

That seemed to work as Montana had just 72 yards of offense in the second half.

UNI still sucks.

First time in ten years we've covered a punt or a kick.
