Did you know The Stork?

You should watch "A Futile and Stupid Gesture" on Netflix. :thumb:
Yes, I knew The Stork.

National Lampoon was a client of mine a couple of years ago. I had to help them straighten out a corporate mess.

I have no problems with your beliefs. Of course there is some conflict, you may believe there is more than I do. I'm more of a spiritual than a religious believer. Maybe due to my degree's in Math and Science, with Zoology & History majors, and Computer Science. Back in the 1980's, My college adviser, a well known professor, he would show up on Johnny Carson with his Golden Eagles, and I discussed science and religion, on a field trip to the West River area of ND, MT, WY and SD. I gave a speech to his class, on why Dinosaurs were warm blooded, and evolved into the birds of today. There was really no conflict with my religious or spiritual background. Spirituality is really needed in science, when it's absent, you see people creating for the military, destroying nature and their fellow man.

That's some of your best work Gil ^ nicely done
One question:
As a Scientist and a researcher Gil do you find that there is such a thing as bad ideas
and along those same lines would you say there are better and worse ideas (generally speaking)

Instead of being formed slowly over millions of years, the Grand Canyon was formed by massive floods in a short period of time.

and is 5 millions years slow or fast according to you...

There is ZERO real evidence that it happened because of a fake flood. No wonder Trump won - too many fucking idiots reject science.

They believe that the earth is 6,000 years old, and the Grand Canyon was formed as a byproduct of Noah's Flood.

5 million years for the formation of the Grand Canyon is actually very fast by geological standards
The Colorado River 3 million years ago was a raging torrent

This is why it's important to establish the ground rules for "bad ideas" and "worse ideas"
We have to be able to have adult conversations about bad ideas and not excuse them because of Religion

:geek:

Fundamentalism is typically a mother load of bad ideas and iron age nonsense

It has a lot to do with it. If you believe in creation it had to be formed quickly.
