That's not really relevant.
That doesn't have anything to do with it.

I know that Europe has more restrictive speech laws. I'm just in awe that you can spend time in prison even when it's obvious the intent is sophomoric humor and not even trying to intimidate anyone. We may have made Trump a head of state, but at least we've never done schit like that.

Try being critical of religions in the UK or certain other parts of Europe - on your Facebooks or other social media -- that will get you time in the klink too

A Grandville kindergarten student was sodomized by fellow classmates, with portions of the assaults recorded and shared, leading the boy to “cover himself with mulch’’ to avoid more harassment, according to a lawsuit filed this week.

The disturbing allegations are contained in a 23-page federal lawsuit filed in Grand Rapids by the parents of a boy who attended Century Park Learning Center starting when the boy was five years old.
WTF? It's shit like that that makes me want to home school my kid. I'd blow a gasket if that happened to my child.

Came across this article on the BBC

http://www.bbc.com/news/health-43513817

basically a woman getting live bee acupuncture therapy ended up dying as a result of a reaction to the therapy (wasn't initially, but after several treatments). Besides the oddity that is live bee acupuncture therapy (of which I know virtually nothing about) the very first line in the article is what struck me:
A woman has died after undergoing bee-sting therapy, a form of treatment backed by Gwyneth Paltrow.
Nowhere in the article does it mention Gwyneth again, or provides any details on what she backs and why. Now I certainly don't mind potshots at celebrities, especially if they are in the wrong, but this just seemed random and without demonstrable merit. Like I said, just something I saw as odd.

The only business in my shitty little Montana town growing up was a honey company. When my brother would work for them and harvest honey, he felt a difference in his hands, for the better, after being stung.

My wife and I tried listening to her podcast last week. It was the Oprah episode and it was weird. Oprah essentially talks in random, cliches and nonsensical phrases.

In response to California sanctuary law, Orange County Sheriff makes public inmates’ release dates
https://www.ocregister.com/2018/03/26/i ... ase-dates/

That’s one way to get around Ca’s sanctuary law. I don’t see why one or more of these CA Sheriff’s that are against the CA sanctuary law just simply state it’s an illegal order that goes against fed law and they are simply going to ignore it, and dare the liberals in CA to try to stop them...

Zell Miller's best quote ever, while on Imus:

“The more Maureen Loud gets on ‘Meet the Press’ and writes those columns, the redder these states get. I mean, they don’t want some highbrow hussy from New York City explaining to them that they’re idiots and telling them that they’re stupid.”
