9) - John Skelton - Fordham

Skelton has started three years in a non-scholarship program (Patriot League). He has a good arm and upside, and seems to have the ability to compete for a spot at the next level.

Kind of surprised to see Skelton getting "NFL attention". I have seen him play twice against Dayton, losing both times. He is an OK QB, but not great. I guess the NFL like his size.... I will be amazed if he ends up on an NFL roster.

I agree on his college performance. His accuracy and footwork need a lot of work. However, Skelton has the size and big arm that teams are looking for. If he puts up the numbers that Randolph or Higgins did last year he could vault into the top 4 rounds. Although, if he doesn't improve based on last year I don't see him getting drafted.
