Didn't we already go through this exercise around 7 or 8 years ago when UD released plans & renderings for a new stadium & athletic support facility? I believe it was when JMU was building their new stadium and UD was like "me too, me too!". So are these the same plans or new ones? Is it actually going to happen this time?

Right. We're not taxing our students to pay for it. Ours is being done the old fashioned way: with donations. I believe yours was $60M with fundraising of less than $10M and sticking the students with the rest?

Ours will be $60M of donations. That's why it's a little tougher for us.

But on a serious note, they decided to add a bench to memorialize each season ticket holder lost the past six seasons. It's a nice gesture. As each fan comes back, they will remove a bench and add a parking space back. Pretty clever if you ask me.
