Well that's swell but people have been voting during the 9 days following the nothing burger he threw into the mix when he said they were going to look at Weiner's computer.

There's no way he should have sent the letter he sent 9 days ago. Also there's no way he should've handled the decision not to charge the way he did. Massive commentary like that is not the FBI's role. If the FBI wasn't going to recommend charges he should've told the Justice Department the FBI is not going to recommend charges. There was no need for a public statement by the FBI director at all. What we should have seen was the Attorney General saying the FBI did not recommend charges. What Comey did by putting on his big show is throw mud on the Democrat front runner but at the same time not charge. Helped Trump. Had the FBI charged at that point the Democrats could've adjusted in plenty of time by selecting another nominee. And that other nominee, probably Sanders, would be crushing Trump right now. But instead he crippled the front runner without taking her out.

And he sure as hell shouldn't have done what he did 9 days ago. That was flipping unbelievable.

I don't think he intentionally tried to influence the election but what he did throughout the process sure as heck had an impact on the likelihood that Trump would win and I do think he really badly mishandled the situation.

Yes. You are. Hillary Clinton is not a felon. That is the objective reality. Whether or not someone is a felon is determined by our system of Justice. It's not determined by what a guy who lies practically every time he opens his mouth says.

They did an investigation to decide whether or not there was sufficient evidence to charge her with a felony and they decided not to charge her with a felony. If they'd have determined that there was sufficient evidence to charge her with breaking the law they would've charged her.
