Why did she not turn in her emails at the end of her term? Regardless of whether she thought the private server would be OK, the recordkeeping rules are clear.
Why did she have a long delay in turning in the emails to Congress after it was specifically requested, and they were about 30,000 short?
Why did she let her lawyers sort through the emails? Alibi for the missing emails, perhaps?
