All SORTS of things that have never been substantiated as instances in which she didn't do what "the right" accused her of. Cattle futures. Whitewater. Attacking sexual assault victims. Now it's lying about e mails and pay for play with the Clinton foundation.

Again: The ideas that she lied about sending/receiving classified e mails on her private server and that there was "pay for play" associated with the Clinton Foundation are NOT substantiated. They just aren't.

To me, in the long run, this sort of thing just damages the credibility of "the right."
You're old and obviously senile to boot.

I'll try to explain this one fact in a way that a senile dumb old man can understand. The Hildabeast said that the 30,000+ emails she deleted were personal...all about yoga and wedding plans. She LIED.

Even your (and Hillary's) biased friends at PolitiFact admit it...
PolitiFact wrote: Clinton had repeatedly said she did not have any classified emails on her server, but the results of the FBI investigation show that claim was incorrect.

Clinton skirted State Department rules about records management, security and transparency.

The State Department’s policy as of 2005 is that all day-to-day operations are to be conducted on the official State Department information channel, which Clinton never used. She was also obligated to discuss her setup with several internal offices and demonstrate that it was properly secure, yet she did not. Some of those officers told the State Department Inspector General that they never would have allowed the private email setup had she asked.

Clinton did not ensure that her work-related emails were preserved on the State Department system in real time, nor did she surrender them immediately when she left office.

Clinton says that at the time, she thought her setup was allowed. But it’s hard not to be skeptical of that narrative because she was involved in multiple memos urging employees to minimize personal email use. And Bureau of Diplomatic Security employees tried unsuccessfully to get Clinton to use a department-issued BlackBerry smartphone as soon as she took office.

Clinton’s email setup exposed her to hacking.
PolitiFact tried its best to explain away and whitewash this entire incident, but even they had to admit that The Hildabeast lied.

Most people rationalize their idiotic behavior to themselves in their head, but you're actually putting this **** out in the open for everyone to see.
Politifact said she was incorrect. Being incorrect is not necessarily lying. Again: There are two conditions necessary for lying. One is that you say something that is incorrect. The other is that you know it's incorrect when you say it.

Nothing in Politifact's analysis says she knew she was incorrect when she said she did not send or receive any classified information via her private e mail account. And nothing in the Comey's statement said she knew. In fact, Comey's statement appears to say they didn't find evidence that she knew she was incorrect when she said it.

The problem for Trump is that he is mentally ill. If he loses I think it will eat at him relentlessly. He will be especially eaten up by the fact that he was beaten by a woman. He won't be able to accept it. In fact I think you're already seeing manifestations of it. He can't accept that he lost all three debates. He's already saying the election is rigged.

This is a guy who currently has a RCP average unfavorabie rating of 60.9% vs a favorable rating of 35.7%. 35.7% view him favorably and he thinks he's riding this big wave of public love. He's the "man of the People." He's delusional. And he doesn't like it when his delusions get shattered.

John, think about this with all seriousness. Are you also talking about yourself? YOU are the one that is eaten up by Trump. YOU are relentless with anti-Trump posts. YOU are the one that can't accept that he won the conk nomination. Do you not acknowledge the parallels?

If he wins I will be fine. I don't think I"ll sit around and let it eat at me.

But you have to look at how Trump is. Like look at the Selina Scott episode. He went for decades without being able to let it go.

Right now I am arguing where I can that it is not a good idea to elect Trump. But if it happens I will deal with the world as it is. Trump is a sick puppy. If he loses he is not going to be able to let it go like other losing Presidential candidates have. "Graceful" is not part of his being.

As of last night she still was saying her intent to resign but she might not write the pubic letter. I actually told her she really needs to think about it because she worked really hard to get elected to her position the first time. At the same time I hope she does resign. But i do want her to really think about it.

The thing with her little dog getting killed by a car kind of obliterated everything else for a while. She kind of forgot about politics completely for a while there.

BTW guys, none of what you've written on the question of whether or not HIllary lied about her e mails substantiates the allegation that she lied when she said she didn't send or receive any classified information.

It's like when Trump said that the Affordable Care Act premium increase was adversely affecting his employees today then later we found that it doesn't affect them because they're on a company program.

Trump was incorrect. But I don't think that particular case was a lie. I think he just didn't know. I think it's another indication of what a buffoon he is and relates to one of many reasons why he has no business being President.

Damn, you are dense. From Comey:
From the group of 30,000 e-mails returned to the State Department, 110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received. Eight of those chains contained information that was Top Secret at the time they were sent; 36 chains contained Secret information at the time; and eight contained Confidential information, which is the lowest level of classification. Separate from those, about 2,000 additional e-mails were “up-classified” to make them Confidential; the information in those had not been classified at the time the e-mails were sent.

The FBI also discovered several thousand work-related e-mails that were not in the group of 30,000 that were returned by Secretary Clinton to State in 2014. We found those additional e-mails in a variety of ways. Some had been deleted over the years and we found traces of them on devices that supported or were connected to the private e-mail domain. Others we found by reviewing the archived government e-mail accounts of people who had been government employees at the same time as Secretary Clinton, including high-ranking officials at other agencies, people with whom a Secretary of State might naturally correspond.

This helped us recover work-related e-mails that were not among the 30,000 produced to State. Still others we recovered from the laborious review of the millions of e-mail fragments dumped into the slack space of the server decommissioned in 2013.

With respect to the thousands of e-mails we found that were not among those produced to State, agencies have concluded that three of those were classified at the time they were sent or received, one at the Secret level and two at the Confidential level. There were no additional Top Secret e-mails found. Finally, none of those we found have since been “up-classified.”

Again, when you sign an NDA, you swear to protect information and treat all info as classified. You are charged with protecting the information. That includes electronics safeguards. Furthermore, SHE WAS THE SECRETARY OF STATE! Do you honestly believe that she never received any classified information in her tenure? Don't be so naive.

You're refusing to think objectively. You refuse to accept that fact and I can't comprehend that. I've known people to send classified information to colleagues and to their personal emails. Everyone one of them was reprimanded. I made the mistake once and nearly got fired.

The bottom line is that the FBI concluded that it did not have evidence to say that she intentionally mishandled classified information. What we're talking about here is whether or not the FBI said anything to indicate that she lied when she said she did not send or receive any classified information via her private system. And the clear answer is that it did not.

Yeah...our government has always been so forthcoming. She mishandled classified evidence by not using secure email. I had to use SIPR and NIPR. What prevented her from doing the same?

I don't know why you guys keep putting stuff up about her saying she didn't send classified material and/or about the FBI saying she sent classified material. We all agree on those things. She said she didn't send classified material but she did send classified material.

What's at issue is whether or not she KNEW she'd sent classified material when she said she didn't send any. I don't see why you guys can't get that. If she believed she didn't send any classified material when she said she didn't send any classified material she was not lying. And I think Comey basically said that they didn't have evidence that she knew she sent or received classified material using the private system.

Well, if you don't agree with the FBI you don't agree with the FBI. What I'm talking about is this thing where people keep saying that Comey's statement showed she lied when she didn't send or receive any classified e mail. And that's not true. He clearly said she did send classified e mail. But he also said they didn't have evidence to show that she knowingly mishandled classified information.

I went through this with the whole thing where Gowdy asked Comey a series of questions as though the answers to the questions showed that Clinton lied. None of them did. Sure, it's possible that she lied. But this idea that Comey's said things to "confirm" that she lied about anything just isn't an accurate idea.

If she believed she didn't send any classified material when she said she didn't send any classified material she was not lying. And I think Comey basically said that they didn't have evidence that she knew she sent or received classified material using the private system.
CID's response on another thread is relevant here ...

Regardless of knowledge, intent, etc., as SOS the buck stopped at her desk and she was responsible for the security of that information. She should be held responsible for her and her staff's failure to protect that information. No if's and's or but's about it.

If Ibanez, 93 or another federal employee (or a private sector employee for that matter) had done something similar the best they could hope for would be termination of employment. Worst case they would be prosecuted. Hillary is getting a promotion.

You need to go and read the controlling statute here.

Intent is not an element.

Knowledge of it happening when your actions facilitated it also is not an element.

Go read and quit being a fucking Pollyanna retard or trying to get a job in her campaign
