Yeah, but JSO would've bored us with his take on the scientific method of polling numbers and the like. I take pride in never having a multiple paragraph post every other day on the margin of error and what it means to me.Ivytalk wrote:You're the only guy on this board who could respond to my obviousGannonFan wrote:
Unfortunately the Dems screwed themselves on that one by rigging their own nomination process. Trump's a buffoon and the election is not rigged (not saying there isn't fraud here and there, but mainly centered around JMU's campus in Harisonburg), but it hangs around longer as a story when it's presented next to all the evidence of the Dems ensuring Hillary was the nominee. This is reality TV, actual facts matter less than possible made up stuff.with a 100% serious post.

Now seems that Ecuador cut it off.

Let's give the details. A majority (54%) would prefer that to a Trump Presidency. 34% would prefer that to a Clinton Presidency. 23% would prefer that to either of them being President. At least that's how they answered in the poll (https://www.uml.edu/docs/Highlights-Mil ... 263896.pdf).Gil Dobie wrote:Just saw a poll, that Millennials prefer an apocalyptic meteor strike over Trump or Clinton.
Of course we know that if they were really confronted with death from a giant meteor strike vs. having either one being President they'd go for either one being President by way over 99%.
But they do clearly detest Trump more than they detest Clinton. And when they were asked who they favored between the two they favored Clinton by 59 to 22% among likely voters in a four way race. Details are at https://www.uml.edu/docs/TOPLINE-Millen ... 263895.pdf.

Re: Election 2016: Trump vs Clinton
BTW the RealClearPolitics average of polls for Texas has Trump up by only 5.4 percentage points int he 4 way race. And the most recent poll, by the University of Houston, has Trump's lead at right at the edge of its 3 point margin of error at 3 points. This illustrates the long term problem the Republicans have. Demographic evolution favors the Democrats. The "Big 4" among States in terms of the electoral college are California, New York, Texas, and Florida. Historically it was a split with Democrats controlling the first two and Republicans the second two. And the first two are still like that. Right now Hillary's RCP average edges in California and New York are 19.7 and 17.2 percentage points. Meanwhile the RCP average in Florida is Hillary by 3.6 percentage points and Trump's lead in Texas is only 5.4 percentage points.

The elections don't have to be rigged when mass media controls the low information voter the way it does now.
All the republicans needed to do was nominate a normal every day slime ball
from any state in the union to win this election...
Instead they nominate the only human being on earth that makes Hilary look maybe okay

Ecuador is one of those countries with whom we have an increasingly strained relationship so I doubt they took the orders from us. The Hildabeast shitting on 'Merica

This was an honest mistake and we apologize to the Lawrenceville community for any harm we may have caused. We were unaware of any possible violations and have already taken corrective action with the charter bus company to prevent this from happening again. Furthermore, the DNC will work with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, as well as local and state officials to determine the best course of corrective action.
