I saw a discussion of exactly that issue today and there was some expert on that said that kind of thing is not uncommon. Said that the fact that they waited until now should not at all be construed as any kind of indication that they are not telling the truth.

I'll add my own thoughts to that. Trump is a very powerful and agressive man who ruthlessly attacks. A scenario in which people are afraid to "come out" against him until something happens to make them feel they can do it is very plausible.

And, I mean look, Trump was recorded SAYING he does this kind of thing. When do you think it was more likely that he was lying? When he bragged about doing that sort of thing when he didn't realize he was being recorded or when he was on national TV being asked if he ever did that sort of thing? I mean really.
Well, I believe that I must tell the truth

BTW Gloria Allred said more are probably coming. She said she's been talking to them and they haven't made the jump yet but she thinks they will.

And good luck to Trump trying to intimidate Gloria Allred. I have historically not liked her but if he gets into a verbal fight with Gloria Allred she will get right up in his face and kick his ass. He will not win that fight.

Acting U.S. Attorney Tom Beall says Curtis Allen, 49, Gavin Wright, 51, and Patrick Stein were all charged with domestic terrorism.

Beall said the three were planning to bomb an apartment complex and mosque in Garden City occupied by a Muslim community of about 120 Somali refugees.

Beall said the men planned to carry out the attack on Nov. 9, the day after Election Day.

He said the men stockpiled a large cache of firearms, and ammunition.

Beall said the men planned to park vehicles full of explosives at all four corners of the Garden City apartment complex. The men said they wanted to "wake people up".

Neither was Hillary, she was still in the White House. The crash happened in 1999.

Ted supposedly wanted him to run for Governor of New York in 2002 but that would have put him up against Pataki. It's not a stretch to believe that he would have chosen the junior senator seat to cut his teeth in national politics, hell that's exactly what Hillary did :coffee:

And they'll all disappear on November 9th and Allred will too, and you won't give a damn about it anymore.

RT reporting that Assange's internet access has been denied by a "state actor".

Looks like the US is now joining Russia in attempting to influence the US election. :coffee:

If this is validated, I think it hurts Hillary.

The US public would support a cyber attack on Russia, but Wikileaks is viewed more as a whistleblower, and the public has a soft spot for whistleblowers.

This reminds me of when that doctors office was burned to the ground in Texas
And all the Right Wing apologists said it was done to look like it was done by them

So is the appropriate response here to say: Team Trump burned it down..?

I wish I could use this kind of excuse with my boss.

Boss: 93henfan, I have heard from others that you show up late, leave early, take long lunches, and are on your resolutionary device websurfing when you actually are sitting at your desk

Me: See, this is just another attempt by my coworkers to influence my annual evaluation

Undercard News:

So after the first half hour of the PA Senatorial debate, Sen Pat Toomey (R) is absolutely curb-stomping Katie McGinty (D). I can't see the Dems gaining that seat. Toomey is dominating this debate. I thought McGinty could put up a fight, but debating is obviously not her strength.

It's refreshing to see a real debate on issues after the national shitshow the past couple of weeks with Hildacunt and Dipshit.

I will care less after the election, no doubt. But this is different than the Herman Cain thing in that in this case we have a guy describing his own behavior on recorded audio. HE said he did this kind of thing when he was speaking freely in a social situation. Now we have women saying, "Yeah. He did the kind of thing he said he does to me."

I frankly think that if you had your house on the line and someone asked you if you had to bet on whether or not at least some of the women in this case are being truthful you'd have to bet "yes."

Plus he's just SUCH a friggin liar. WHY on earth would you be pre-disposed to believe him when he denies this stuff? There is absolutely NO reason to consider him to be credible.

Where were you when:

Two days after JFK, Jr. tried a water landing and failed, David Cone pitched a perfect game for the Yankees at Yankee Stadium. After watching highlights of the game, my wife and I headed out to a restaurant.
In the car, she lets out a sigh and says, "that's so sad what happened to JFK, Jr." :(

Then I turned to her and said, "yeah, but how about Coney?"

So. We aren't voting for Pope, and he wouldn't be the first President to have committed sexual assault. Lack of convictions have consequences.

It goes beyond the sexual assault question. At this point, why would you think Trump has credibility with respect to ANYTHING? I mean really. The guy is a buffoon. He lies constantly. He acts like a 12 year old. I know you know those things are true. What the HELL are you thinking? This is an important job.
