Putin ally tells Americans: vote Trump or face nuclear war

I've been thinking the same thing for several years now. Nobody stays at the top forever.Ivytalk wrote:I think the USA will cease to exist within a generation. Either another Civil War, or -- more likely -- a financial meltdown due to a failure to deal with entitlements and debt.GannonFan wrote:
Is that really a slur, though, since he's a redneck as well? It's like various ethnic groups calling each other the worst words other groups can call them, it's like Hillary calling other people liars and crooks - I mean, if you are already that thing is it a problem?
Again, on the serious side though, every day just sees more and more separation from two large groups in this country - the know-it-all, liberal, professional elite, and the racist/sexist, undereducated bluish collar folks. They're all Americans, so the vitriol they view each other with is more and more disturbing. It's not going to change once Hillary wins the election, it's just going to keep getting worse and worse as it has with every election since 2000 (actually since 1996 - a lot of this scorched earth stuff started happening during the Bill Clinton administration, and it's just carried forward in every election since). Politics just keeps finding new lows.

I think within a generation there will be a hard economic reset that could last for a generation where things will get really ugly for a long time. We will become way more balkanized than we are now. I think the US won't cease to exist, rather will cease to exist as we know it.Ibanez wrote:I've been thinking the same thing for several years now. Nobody stays at the top forever.Ivytalk wrote:

http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/201 ... s-reveal-/The emails, published by WikiLeaks after a hack of Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta’s private account, also show Clinton campaign officials and Democratic leaders disparaging supporters of Sen. Bernard Sanders as “self-righteous” whiners, calling Hispanic party leaders such as Bill Richardson “needy Latinos,” labeling CNN anchor Jake Tapper “a d—k” and even lambasting longtime Clinton ally Sidney Blumenthal.
The sheer number of insults in the email trove has left the Clinton campaign, along with outside organizations such as the Center for American Progress that were routinely involved in the brutal bad-mouthing, unable or unwilling to respond. Instead, they have blamed the hack on Russia and have refused to even confirm that the emails are genuine, though they also haven’t denied their authenticity.
In the exchange, Mr. Halpin mocks media mogul Rupert Murdoch for raising his children in the Catholic faith and said the most “powerful elements” in the conservative movement are all Catholic.
“It’s an amazing bastardization of the faith. They must be attracted to the systematic thought and severely backwards gender relations and must be totally unaware of Christian democracy,” Mr. Halpin said.
“I imagine they think it is the most socially acceptable politically conservative religion. Their rich friends wouldn’t understand if they become evangelicals,” Ms. Palmieri responded.
“Excellent point,” Mr. Halpin wrote back. “They can throw around ‘Thomistic’ thought and ‘subsidiarity’ and sound sophisticated because no one knows what the hell they’re talking about.”
The advocacy group CatholicVote.org called on the Clinton campaign to fire Ms. Palmieri.
“Hillary Clinton has already called half of her opponents’ supporters ‘a basket of deplorables’ and ‘irredeemable,’ and now it comes out that her campaign spokeswoman dismissively question[ed] the sincerity of Catholic Americans’ faith,” said Brian Burch, the group’s president. “Had Palmieri spoken this way about other groups, she [would be] dismissed. Palmieri must resign immediately or be fired.”

It just amazes me that Clinton & Co. are getting a pass with all of this. And they don't deny it (or confirm) they just blame the Russians for showing everyone how evil they are.![]()

Clinton acknowledges in 2014 that Saudi Arabia was providing financial and logistic support to ISIS, while publicly praising them as important allies in the War on Terror.

If Russia does strike, it will be because of Hillary and Obomba. There is no way around that.
